SSG Consulting, LLC (SSG) provides a wide variety of residential, office and clinical healthcare IT solutions for clients from Chicago to Chicago's North Shore. Our comprehensive range of programs and services include software recommendations, implementations, customization and training. Hardware sales, installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance. All with client communication and relationships in mind.
The residential and office services are supported by a certified and talented staff of professional computer specialists. Each is cross trained for MAC and PC support and internally trained to follow strict guidelines in accordance with the SSG quality delivery system.
Our Healthcare Division provides robust web-based healthcare IT solutions for physician practices and medical clinics. Advanced super-user assistance following all new service implementations is provided by our skilled project managers. These project team members are hired for their extensive healthcare and IT experience. In addition, we offer a unique "physician to physician" consulting component. Which provides a higher level of medical expertise to the EHR customization process.

Convenience: Our onsite scheduler will answer your call personally during business hours and will schedule a qualified staff person to meet your appointment needs. Specialists are available to visit your residence or office: Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8am-8pm. Secure remote login hours are also available by appointment.
Reliability: All appointments are guaranteed! If we do not solve your issue or accomplish your request, you will not pay. SSG is also licensed and fully insured. Our certified staff provides a broad capability in professional systems support and instruction. We hire carefully with detailed reference and background checks. Our team has been serving clients in the greater Chicagoland area and suburbs for more than twelve years.
Rates & Contracts: We have a flat hourly rate system for both on and offsite services. We recommend that all clients participate in our annual prepaid contract, which reflects a full 20% discount off our standard hourly rates. Contract deposits are honored for up to 18 months of service and will renew at the clients request. Onsite visits are billed with a minimum 1-hour charge and in ½ hour increments thereafter. Remote logins bill in ½ hour blocks.
